The National Environment Commission of Bhutan awarded the work for “External evaluation of the hydro-met network and developing a long-term sustainability strategy for National Center for Hydrology and Meteorology (NCHM)” to ChhimiD consulting, Bhutan and ADAPT Nepal. The work was awarded through international Competitive Bidding.
