We have the expertise and experience to conduct Environmental Impact Assessment of Projects according to local and international regulations. The concept of middle path is the fundamental principle that we adhere in ensuring that development does not compromise the environment and vice-versa. We will be in position to write project proposals and conduct due diligence to carry our proper environment Assessment and Safeguards.

Our main strength lies in the ability to conduct Hydrological and Hydraulic measurements, surveys analysis and modellins which are at per with global standards. We pride ourselves as the only private entity in Bhutan with this capacity and shall be happy to work with other private and public entities for assessment of water resources for any sector including Flood Assessments, to environmental Flows to Drinking Water Projects. We can also do hydro-meteorology studies.

We do Project Development, Monitoring and Evaluation of Environment, Social, Renewable Energy and Water Resources Projects. From our past experiences, these aspects of the project are not only critical for the project under question but also for future projects to share lessons learnt. With the wide experience we have between our experts, we will be able to ensure that projects are formulated, monitored and evaluated according to the highest standards.

We have been the leaders in Bhutan on waste Consulting. We have developed the National Waste Management Strategy of Bhutan 2019. Thimphu Waste Management Plan; Inventory of Waste in Bhutan; Assessment of Green Financing for Waste Sector; and, Hazardous Waste Assessment in Bhutan. We work on all waste forms from MWS to Wasterwater to landfill designs and analysis.

We are the first team from Bhutan to be working on Environmental Flows. Our consotrium from Europe lead by E.C.O developed the first ever E-Flow Guideline for Bhutan. We are already doing the second phase of the project. We have the local knowledge and skills to do E-Flow assessment for hydropower and other water abstractions.

Our association in climate Change Mitigation and Adapation goes back to almost a decade. Our experts have been working on National Communications (I,II adn III) for Bhutan; Technology Needs Assessment; GHG Inventory for Bhutan; Vulnerability and Assessment Studies; NAPA Projects for climate resilience and lately on National Adapation Plan.

The main founders of our firm is a civil engineer by training. We have designed and supervised several engineering projects across Bhutan. They rage from Tourist standard Hotels to Multi-apartment buildings to duplexes. We also have a network of Architects, Surveyors, Urban Planners, Electrical Engineers and Interior Designers to fulfill your engineering needs

We cannot avoid disasters, but we can always prepare and reduce the impacts due to diasters. We are able to offer our expertise on Disaster Risk Reducation programs, reviews and climate resilient designs. We have carried out reviews of DRR projects, worked on Emergency Operation Centers and also on flood risk management plans.
